Farmers Creamery Company was a longtime Fredericksburg dairy and ice cream operation located at Wolfe and Jackson Streets. More than a retail ice cream shop, it served as a local creamery where milk from regional farms was processed and distributed, while also producing ice cream that became a well-known local product. The business was active by at least the 1930s and remained part of Fredericksburg’s commercial life for decades, remembered both for its home milk delivery and for its popular ice cream.
