Olympia Candy Kitchen was an early Fredericksburg confectionery located in the Bradford Building at the corner of Princess Anne and William streets. Family and local-history sources credit George Antonio Calamos, pictured here in a suit, with establishing the business in the early 20th century, and historic-photo records confirm that Olympia Candy Kitchen occupied the site before the building was destroyed by fire in 1963.
